2014 Vendor Information

Each year, vendors of fiber and sheep related items are invited to apply to sell their wares at the Festival.  Spaces fill up fast and past vendors are encouraged to submit their applications early. All new vendors are juried as well as the applications. The Festival reserves the right to refuse inappropriate items or decline past vendors who are selling wares that are not in line with the mission of the festival.

Online registration is now closed. You may contact the vendor coordinator directly to discuss the wait list.

New information for 2014:

New date! We have moved the date to be the weekend after Mother’s Day.

This year our fees have increased to come more in line with other festivals of this size and to add more support to the festival operations.

Only new vendors will be juried but we reserve the right to decline previous vendors who may not be in keeping with the intent of the festival.

In selecting new vendors for the festival, shepherds are the first priority and local producers, fiber artists and unique products will be considered favorable in the jury process. Our goal is to support local shepherds and artisans and we will only be accepting importers who can demonstrate an authentic and unique aspect of traditional wool craft that is not available through local artisans.

Jerry and Loretta Pedersen will be the vendor coordinators this year and Dean Steines will be working with them to ensure a smooth transition.

New Vendors

1. Fill out and submit the Jury Application Form

2. Fill out and submit the Vendor Registration Form complete with registration fees.

3. Upon acceptance be prepared to submit the MN Sales Tax “Certificate of Operator Compliance” Form ST19

Any vendor who is not accepted will have their funds returned.

Camping Information

If you are a vendor who is interested in camping:
Print and complete the Shepherd’s Harvest Camping Registration Form so we can properly plan for space. You will include payment on your Vendor Application.

Set-up: Friday, May 16th, noon – 8:00 p.m and Saturday, May 17th, 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Check in at the Information Booth in Building B

Festival Hours
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Vendor Coffee on the Green
Sunday: 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Tear Down:
Sunday: 4:00 p.m – 6:00 p.m.
