Vendor Registration is Now Closed

Wow. Once again we received a stunning array of vendors. The planning committee has been working to ensure that the festival offers the full variety of quality vendors and we give first priority to local shepherds and artisans. We are working through the final submissions and if you have not already, you should receive a confirmation shortly. For any vendors who’s registration was errantly returned by the post-office – you will not suffer any time penalty for this unhappy event.

Reminders

Every attempt will be made to honor booth location requests for 2013 but no promises or guarantees can be made.
Be sure you have submitted the MN Sales Tax “Certificate of Operator Compliance” Form ST19

The Jury Process

All vendors, current and new, have been juried for acceptance into the 2013 festival. Jury selection criteria will be based on, but not limited to, such things as; number of years at festival, levels of volunteering, appropriateness of products to the industry and show, uniqueness of products, booth appeal etc.

We want to ensure that we maintain a balance of equipment, fibers, supplies and products. Shepherds are our first priority and local producers, fiber artists and unique products will be considered as favorable in the jury process. Our goal is to support local shepherds and artisans but we will accept a limited number of importers who can demonstrate an authentic and unique aspect of traditional wool craft that is not available through local artisans.
